When examining the application according to Rule 6, if it is deemed appropriate to provide hedging facility as per the request, the bank will grant approval to provide hedging facility to the applicant subject to the following conditions:-

(a) Borrowing in foreign currency at the rate determined by the bank,
(b) To deposit the foreign currency received as per clause (a) in the bank account at the time specified by the bank.
